    Delicious Homemade Raw Vegan Tiramisu

    Tiramisu is a popular dessert that is made out of coffee and chocolate. Many of us think that vegan tiramisu is difficult to prepare, but today, I am going to share a simple version of raw vegan tiramisu. So let’s get started with the ingredients.


    For the layering:

    2 cups of walnuts

    1 cup of dates

    ½ cup of coffee extract

    Pinch of salt

    ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

    For the cream:

    1 cup of cashews

    1 tablespoon of maple syrup

    ½ cup of coconut oil

    ½ cup vegan of coconut milk

    A pinch of salt

    1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

    For the garnishing:

    Finely powdered chocolate

    Chocolate chips


    For the layering:

    Step 1: Put the walnuts in a food processor and process them until you get a fine mixture.

    Step 2: Now add the dates, coffee extract, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract in the mixture. Process it with the fine walnut mixture that we prepared earlier. Once the mixture becomes smooth, keep it aside.

    Step 3: Now create a layer of the mixture in a flat pan and keep it in the freezer.

    For the cream:

    Step 1: Take a blender and blend the cashews to a fine powder. Now, add the vegan coconut milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, the vanilla extract, and blend it. Check if the mixture is smooth enough.

    Step 2: Once the mixture is ready, keep it aside for some time. As soon as the cream is ready, create a layer of cream over the base layer.

    Alternatively, you can add more layers to your tiramisu. I am adding three layers. Once you are done with the dish you can keep it in the freezer for an hour. And then you can garnish it with some chocolate chips or finely powdered chocolate. Hope you like the recipe.
